摘　　要：目的研讨局部晚期宫颈癌诱导化疗联合同步放化疗的效果。方法选取2021年5月至2024年2月经三明市第一医院确诊为局部晚期宫颈癌的患者60例,按照治疗方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组单纯行同步放化疗,观察组基于对照组治疗条件施加诱导化疗治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、血清肿瘤标记物、机体免疫状况以及方案安全性。结果观察组疾病缓解率相较于对照组提高更多(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组鳞状细胞癌抗原与癌胚抗原检测值低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)阳性检测值均高于对照组,CD8^(+)阳性检测值低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组间方案总不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论诱导化疗与同步放化疗联合实施可提升对局部晚期宫颈癌患者的治疗效果,降低血清肿瘤标记物水平,改善机体免疫状况,同时保障用药安全性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with locally advanced cervical cancer at the First Hospital of Sanming from May 2021 to February 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups(30 patients per group)based on different treatment protocols.The control group received concurrent chemoradiotherapy alone,while the observation group was treated with induction chemotherapy in addition to the treatment regimen of the control group.The therapeutic effects,serum tumor markers,immune status of the body,and the safety of the treatment protocols were compared between the two groups.Results The disease remission rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen and carcinoembryonic antigen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive detection rates of CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the positive detection rate of CD8^(+) was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect of locally advanced cervical cancer,effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers,improve the immune status,and ensure the safety of medication.
