摘 要:为剖析高速铁路大跨度桥上轨道不平顺调控方法的原理和实施效果,将大跨度桥上轨道线形仿真结果与实测数据相结合,在综合考虑大桥温度变形、线路随机不平顺和线形拟合偏差的条件下,研究多基准线法的技术原理,分析不同轨道不平顺滤波波长条件下高速列车车体垂向加速度变化规律,提出高通滤波法的滤波原则。在此基础上依据垂向偏差和60 m中点弦测值分析多基准线与高通滤波方法在处理轨道不平顺方面的时域特征,通过计算功率谱密度对比了2种方法在处理轨道不平顺方面的频域特征。通过论证调整效果,揭示了二者在理论特性和应用效果方面的差异。研究结果表明:1)多基准线法应在温度每变化7℃设置一条基准线,该方法操作简单,但对不同跨度、不同类型桥上轨道线形的通用性较差;2)高通滤波法则应采用200 m作为滤波波长,该方法通用性强,但施工现场需依赖滤波软件完成运算;3)2种方法均可有效剔除大跨桥温度变形引起的长波不平顺,消除60 m中点弦测值在大跨度桥上跨中和主塔位置的趋势项,均可用于评判大跨度桥上轨道平顺性状态;4)应用高通滤波法制定的精调方案起道量更小,且调整后平顺性更优,这是由于多基准线受轨道线形设计参数限制,其长波平顺性相比滤波线形略差造成的。To thoroughly analyze the principles and implementation effects of the track irregularity control method on large-span bridge of high-speed railroad,this paper combined the simulation results of the long-span bridge track alignment with actual measurement data.It studied the technical principles of the multi-baseline methods,comprehensively considering the temperature deformation of the bridge,random track irregularities and alignment fitting deviations.The vertical acceleration variations of high-speed vehicle with different track irregularity filtering wavelengths were analyzed.The filtering principles of the high-pass filter were proposed.Based on this,the time-domain characteristics of the multi-baseline method and the high-pass filtering method in handling track irregularities were analyzed based on the vertical deviations and 60 m mid-chord offset.The frequency-domain characteristics of the two methods in handling track irregularities were compared through calculating power spectral density.The adjustment effect was demonstrated,revealing the differences between them in terms of theoretical characteristics and application effects.The results show that:(1)The multi-reference method should set a reference line for every 7℃temperature change,which is simple to operate,but has poor versatility for the track alignment of different spans and different types of bridges.(2)The high-pass filtering method should use a filtering wavelength of 200 m,which is highly versatile,but the construction site needs to rely on the filtering software to complete the calculation.(3)The two methods can effectively eliminate the long-wave irregularity caused by the temperature deformation of the long-span bridge,and eliminate the trend of the 60 m mid-chord offset at the mid-span of the bridge and the main tower position,which can be used to evaluate the track smoothness state on the long-span bridge.(4)The precise adjustment scheme formulated by the high-pass filter method has a smaller starting amount and better smoothness after
