摘 要:目的探讨基于护士核心能力的临床护理技能教学标准化案例库在实习护生实践教学中应用效果。方法选取2024年1月—10月在某医学院附属医院进行临床实践的90名护生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各45例。对照组实施传统教学,观察组在对照组的基础上实施基于护士核心能力的临床护理技能教学标准化案例库教学。教学实施后比较两组护生的核心能力、出科考核成绩能力及教学满意度。结果观察组护生的核心能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的出科考核成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的教学满意度得分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于护士核心能力的临床护理技能教学标准化案例库应用于实习护生实践教学中,有助于提高护生的核心能力和考核成绩,并有利于提升护生对临床护理教学的满意度。Objective To investigate the application outcomes of a standardized case database for clinical nursing skills instruction,based on nurses'core competencies,within the practical training of nursing interns.Methods Ninety nursing interns who underwent clinical practice at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January to October 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was taught with traditional methods,while the observation group was taught using a standardized case database for clinical nursing skills teaching based on nurses'core competencies,in addition to traditional teaching.After the teaching intervention,the core competencies,departmental exit examination scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total core competency scores and scores across all dimensions were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The final assessment scores of the observation group were also higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Additionally,the satisfaction scores of the observation group regarding their internship experience were superior to those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying a standardized case database for clinical nursing skills teaching based on nurses'core competencies in the practice teaching of nursing interns can help improve their core competencies and assessment scores,while also enhancing their satisfaction with clinical nursing education.
