工会践行党的二十届三中全会精神的实践路径——基于浙江工会工作经验

摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会为中国工运事业的发展提出了新的要求,这些要求涉及社会主义文化强国建设、推动高质量发展、发展全过程人民民主、提升人民生活品质、创新社会治理体制机制等多个方面。在新形势下,推进工会改革创新也遭遇了新的挑战,如职工思想政治引领影响力有待增强、维权服务精准度有待提高等。基于浙江省工会的实践经验,针对在新的形势下推进工会的改革与创新提出了五个方面的实践路径:建设新时代职工思政大学校,开辟新时代职工建功大赛场,探索新时代民主管理新形式,打造新时代职工服务大平台,构建和谐劳动关系新范式。The Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has put forward new requirements for the development of the Chinese workers’movement.These requirements cover various aspects such as the construction of a socialist cultural power,the promotion of high-quality development,the development of people’s democracy throughout the process,the improvement of people’s quality of life,and the innovation of the social governance system and mechanism.Under the new situation,promoting the reform and innovation of trade unions also faces new challenges.For example,the influence of ideological and political guidance for employees needs to be enhanced,and the accuracy of rights protection and service needs to be improved.Based on the practical experience of trade unions in Zhejiang Province,five practical paths are proposed for promoting the reform and innovation of trade unions under the new situation:building a new era ideological and political university for employees,opening up a new era competition field for employees to make contributions,exploring new forms of democratic management in the new era,creating a new era service platform for employees,and constructing a new paradigm of harmonious labor relations.
