基于地域性的民族传统体育在大学体育教学中的实践研究

摘　　要：民族传统体育在大学体育教学中的应用有助于增强学生民族认同感,激发爱国热情,形成大学体育教学的民族特色,传承和发展民族传统体育文化,有利于增进民族文化交流,促进民族团结,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。面对民族传统体育在大学体育教学应用中存在的诸多问题,基于地域性视角,应正确认识民族传统体育内涵,有效利用现有民族传统体育项目,加强大学体育教学实践,明确民族传统体育教学目标,加强师资培训,创建一支强有力的民族传统体育师资队伍。The integration of ethnic traditional sports into university physical education helps enhance students’national identity,inspire patriotic enthusiasm,and develop distinctive ethnic characteristics in university sports teaching.It also promotes the inheritance and development of ethnic traditional sports culture,fosters cultural exchange among ethnic groups,strengthens national unity,and solidifies the sense of the Chinese national community.Addressing the challenges in applying ethnic traditional sports in university physical education,this study,from a regional perspective,emphasizes the accurate understanding of the essence of ethnic traditional sports,effective utilization of existing ethnic sports programs,and the enhancement of teaching practices.It also highlights the importance of setting clear teaching objectives and strengthening teacher training to build a robust faculty team for ethnic traditional sports education.
