摘 要:大学生心理韧性提升课程是基于心理韧性这一积极心理品质建设的大学生心理健康教育课程。当前,工科大学生心理韧性提升课程主要面临课程体系构建滞后显著、专业师资队伍建设匮乏、家校社协同机制不健全等困境。基于积极心理学视角,构建了工科大学生心理韧性提升课程的内容框架:提升情绪管理的知识、增强自我意识的知识、培养共情能力的知识、改善合作交流的知识、优化目标管理的知识。进而,提出工科大学生心理韧性提升课程的建设路径:构建主题课程体系,革新教学模式与教学方法;嵌入专业课程体系,深化心理韧性与专业融合;强化师资队伍建设,注入持久发展动能;深化家校联动,构建协同育人机制;深化社会实践,拓展心理韧性空间路径。The Psychological Resilience Enhancement Course for College Students is an educational program focused on fostering the positive psychological quality of resilience among university students.Currently,the Psychological Resilience Enhancement Courses for Engineering Students face three major challenges:significant lag in curriculum system development,a shortage of professional faculty,and inadequate home-school-community collaboration mechanisms.From the perspective of positive psychology,the content framework for this course includes the following components:enhancing knowledge of emotional management,strengthening self-awareness,cultivating empathy skills,improving collaborative communication,optimizing goal management.To address these challenges,the following pathways are proposed for course development:constructing a thematic curriculum system by innovating teaching models and methodologies;integrating resilience training into discipline-specific courses to deepen the synergy between psychological resilience and professional competencies;reinforcing faculty development to ensure sustainable growth;strengthening home-school partnerships to establish a collaborative education mechanism;and expanding social practice opportunities to broaden resilience-building contexts.
