高校一流专业建设机制研究——以山东交通学院车辆工程专业建设为例

摘  要:一流专业是建设高水平本科教育、培养一流人才的基石。以山东交通学院车辆工程专业的一流专业建设为例,探讨一流专业建设中本科高校—二级院部—一流专业—专业教师四个层面的分工与协作,提出宏观层面一流专业建设的目标管理机制和运行保障机制、微观层面的组织实施机制和考核与评价机制。通过多层面建设运行机制实施保障车辆工程一流专业在专业定位、规范管理、保障条件、人才培养质量等方面实现优化和提升,对标国家一流专业建设指标。First-class majors are the cornerstone of building high-quality undergraduate education and cultivating top-tier talents.Taking the construction of the first-class vehicle engineering major at Shandong Jiaotong University as an example,this study explores the division of labor and collaboration among four levels in the construction of first-class majors:the university,secondary colleges,the first-class major,and the faculty.It proposes a goal management mechanism and an operational guarantee mechanism at the macro level,as well as an organizational implementation mechanism and an assessment and evaluation mechanism at the micro level.Through the implementation of multi-level construction and operational mechanisms,the vehicle engineering major achieves optimization and improvement in aspects such as professional positioning,standardized management,guarantee conditions,and talent cultivation quality,aligning with national first-class major construction standards.
