摘  要:驱电机与机械式变速器耦合的驱动系统在总成本、系统效率、总重量和总体积等方面具有明显优势,受到产业界越来越多的重视。然而,电机转子增大了变速器输入端转动惯量,造成换档组件冲击增大、磨损更严重、齿侧间隙增大,影响整体动力学性能。重点研究在空挡状态下磨损间隙对电驱动系统换档组件的动力学性能影响,首先分析电驱动系统换档过程,建立电驱动系统空挡动力学模型,然后通过龙格-库塔法(Runge-Kuttamethods)求解空挡动力学模型,最后研究磨损齿侧间隙对驱动系统的动态特性的影响。The drive system coupling an electric motor with a mechanical transmission offers significant advantages in terms of total cost,system efficiency,total weight,and overall volume,which attracts increasing attention from the industry.However,the motor rotor increases the rotational inertia at the transmission input,leading to greater impact on the shifting assembly,more severe wear,and larger gear backlash,which affects the overall dynamic performance.This study focuses on the influence of wear-induced clearance on the dynamic performance of the shifting assembly in electric drive systems under neutral gear conditions.It analyzes the shifting process of the electric drive system,establishes a dynamic model for the neutral gear,then uses the Runge-Kutta method to solve the neutral gear dynamic model,and finally investigates the effect of wear tooth clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the drive system.
