摘 要:针对真空制盐过程中产生的大量高盐母液,硝型卤水可采用“盐硝联产”的成熟工艺回收其中的硫酸钠;而钙镁型卤水的母液缺乏处理手段,大多通过稀释外排处理,产生较大的环境影响。本文通过理论和实验研究回注母液至矿井溶腔处理高盐母液的可行性及实施方案,并持续监测原卤中主要杂质离子的变化情况,从而提出一种适用于钙镁型卤水的高盐母液回收利用工艺,降低了环保风险,可实现连续稳定地生产。A large amount of high-salt mother liquor is produced in the process of vacuum salt making,and the sodium sulfate in the nitrate-type brine can be recovered by the mature process of co-production of salt and glauber’s salt.However,there lack methods for dealing with mother liquor of calcium-magnesium type brine,which is commonly diluted and discharged and has a great impact on environment.In this paper,the feasibility and implementation scheme of treating high-salt mother liquor by re-injection mother liquor into mine solution cavity are studied theoretically and experimentally and the change of main impurity ions in raw brine is continuously monitored,so that a recovery and utilization process of high-salt mother liquor suitable for calcium-magnesium type brine is put forward,which reduces the environmental risk and can realize continuous and stable production.
