摘　　要：给煤机是为燃煤锅炉带来热源的运输履带,而刮板给煤机相比螺旋给煤机、皮带给煤机具有结构简单、给煤量调节范围大、使用寿命长、输送距离长、运行稳定、密封性好、费用低、便于操作和维修等优点,在燃煤锅炉中广泛应用。本文主要对刮板给煤机运行过程中出现的故障进行分析,对给煤机刮片的结构进行改进,大幅降低了给煤机故障率,加强了给煤机的给煤稳定性,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,对于锅炉的稳定运行起着重要作用。Coal feeder is a transport track that brings heat source to coal-fired boilers.Compared with screw coal feeder and belt coal feeder,scraper coal feeder has the advantages of simple structure,large adjustment range of coal feed,long service life,long transportation distance,stable operation,good sealing performance,low cost and easy operation and maintenance,which is widely used in coal-fired boilers.This paper mainly analyzes the faults occurred in the operation of the scraper coal feeder,improves the structure of the scraper feeder,greatly reduces the fault rate of the feeder,strengthens the stability of the feeder and reduces the labor intensity of the staff,which plays an important role in the stable operation of the boiler.
