摘 要:本文针对鄂东气田某区块深层煤岩气采出水乳化严重、气浮难度大的问题,开展了预氧化剂、混凝剂、絮凝剂使用条件、pH条件以及连续运行等气浮中试实验。实验结果表明:采用H_(2)O_(2)为预氧化剂、FeCl_(3)为混凝剂、PAM为絮凝剂,控制pH为5~6,破乳效果较好,气浮出水石油类<10mg/L,气浮除油效果佳。本研究为深层煤岩气废水的破乳除油工艺提供了可靠的技术依据和工艺参数参考。In view of the serious emulsification and difficulty in air flotation of water produced from deep coalbed rock in a block of Erdong gas field,pilot experiments of air flotation were carried out under the conditions of pre-oxidant,coagulant,flocculant,pH value and continuous operation.The experimental results show that when H_(2)O_(2) is used as pre-oxidant,FeCl_(3) is used as coagulant,PAM is used as flocculant,pH value is controlled at 5~6,the demulsification effect is better,the oil content in the air flotation effluent is less than 10 mg/L and the oil removal effect is better.This study provides a reliable technical basis and process parameter reference for demulsification and oil removal process of deep coalbed rock gas waste water.
