摘　　要：管仲辅助齐桓公治国理政,在齐国推出的“官山海”政策,推动了盐业的发展,极大程度地增加了齐国的财政收入,为齐桓公称霸诸侯奠定了坚实的基础。“官山海”政策对后世盐政管理产生了深远的影响,被历代王朝采用,促进了中国封建王朝的发展及中国盐文化的繁荣。Guan Zhong assisted the Duke Huan of Qi in governing the state and implemented the policy of"Guanshanhai"in the State of Qi,which promoted the development of the salt industry,greatly increased the financial revenue of the State of Qi,and laid a solid foundation for Duke Huan of Qi to dominate the princes.The policy of"Guanshanhai"had a profound impact on the salt administration in later generations and was adopted by successive dynasties,thus promoting the development of China's feudal dynasties and the prosperity of China's salt culture.
