摘　　要：以学校电子信息工程技术高水平专业群为例,以立德树人为核心,通过培养学生“四度七力”的高效思维模式,构建“一核双主线四维度五融合六心”大思政育人格局,将“思政+党建”“思政+课程”“思政+管理”“思政+活动”“思政+环境”相融合,设计“双模块化”教学模式,实现专业教师、企业工程师、思政教师、社区导师共研、共建、共育、共享,促进专业群内师生怀爱国心和事业心,持进取心和自信心,树责任心和工匠心,实现“三全育人、五育并举”全面发展。Under the background of new engineering disciplines,it is an important topic for us to study how to cultivate high-quality compound talents with comprehensive development.In this paper,we take the high-level professional group of electronic information engineering technology as an example,and take moral education as the core,through cultivating students’efficient thinking mode of“four degrees and seven forces”,constructing a“one core,two main lines,four dimensions,five fusions and six hearts”big ideological and political educating pattern,and putting the integration of“Ideology and Politics+Party Building”,“Ideology and Politics+Curriculum”,“Ideology and Politics+Management”,“Ideology and Politics+Activities”,and“Ideology and Politics+Environment”,designing the“double modular”teaching mode to realize the joint research,co-construction,co-education and sharing of professional teachers,enterprise engineers,ideological and political teachers,and community tutors,so as to promote the teachers and students in the professional group to have patriotism and dedication,enterprising spirit and self-confidence,establish a sense of responsibility and craftsmanship,and realize the comprehensive development of“three-pronged nurturing,five-educations in parallel”.
