摘 要:前列腺特异性膜抗原(Prostate specific membrane antigen,PSMA)在前列腺癌细胞和肿瘤新生血管内皮细胞上高度表达,基于PSMA研究的新型^(18)F-PSMA-1007示踪剂因高标记率,突出的肿瘤摄取率和快速非尿清除等优势被广泛用于前列腺癌显像。本文采用TRACERlab FX_(FN)合成器,研究氟[^(18)F]标记的前列腺特异性膜抗原(^(18)F-PSMA-1007)自动化合成工艺,并参照中国药典对其进行质量控制。TRACERlab FX_(FN)合成器自动化合成^(18)F-PSMA-1007耗时短(约40 min),放射性化学产率和放射性化学纯度高(未经校正地放化产率约54%,纯度大于95%)。表明TRACERlab FX_(FN)自动化合成模块可顺利合成^(18)F-PSMA-1007,工艺简单,质控合格。Prostate specific membrane antigen(PSMA)is highly expressed on prostate cancer cells and tumor neovascular endothelial cells.The novel^(18)F-PSMA-1007 tracer based on PSMA study has been developed due to its high labeling rate,outstanding tumor uptake rate and rapid non-urinary clearance are widely used in prostate cancer imaging.TRACERlab FX FN synthesizer was used to study the automatic synthesis process of fluorine[^(18)F]-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen(^(18)F-PSMA-1007),and its quality was controlled according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia.TRACERlab FX FN synthesizer automatically synthesized^(18)F-PSMA-1007 with a short time total(about 40 min),radiochemical yield and radiochemical purity greater(an uncorrected radiochemical yield of about 54%,radiochemical purity than 95%).The results showed that TRACERlab FX FN automatic synthesis module can successfully synthesize^(18)F-PSMA-1007,the process was simple and the quality control was qualified.
