摘　　要：文章设计了一种利用葡醛内酯合成葡萄糖二酸钙的工艺路线。新路线采用葡醛内酯作为起始原料,在碱性条件下进行水解反应,得到葡醛酸,经次氯酸钙催化氧化生成葡萄糖二酸盐,与钙盐置换,合成葡萄糖二酸钙。产物通过^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR及MS(ESI)检测,进行了结构确证,经高效液相色谱法检测纯度达99%。该路线具有反应温和、选择性好、收率高、操作简易等优点,适合工业化规模生产。A process route for synthesizing calcium gluconate using glucuronolactone was designed.The new route used glucuronolactone as the starting material and undergoes hydrolysis reaction under alkaline conditions to obtain glucuronic acid.It was then catalyzed and oxidized by calcium hypochlorite to produce gluconate,which was then substituted with calcium salt to synthesize calcium gluconate.The product was structurally confirmed by^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and MS(ESI)detection,with a purity of 99%detected by high-performance liquid chromatography.This route had the advantages of mild reaction,good selectivity,high yield and easy operation,making it suitable for industrial scale production.
