摘  要:传统溶剂型油墨因含有大量有机溶剂,在使用过程中会对环境和人类健康造成危害,逐渐被环保型油墨所取代。UV固化聚氨酯油墨结合了UV固化技术的高效性和水性聚氨酯材料的环保性,成为当前油墨研究的热点。本文基于此,通过引入可UV固化的丙烯酸双键等基团,结合水性聚氨酯材料的优点,成功合成UV固化聚氨酯油墨。结果表明,所制备的UV固化聚氨酯油墨具有优异的固化速度、良好的涂膜性能及环保特性,可广泛应用于包装印刷、广告喷绘等领域。Traditional solvent based inks contain a large amount of organic solvents,which can cause harm to the environment and human health during use,and are gradually being replaced by environmentally friendly inks.UV cured polyurethane ink combines the high efficiency of UV curing technology with the environmental friendliness of water-based polyurethane materials,making it a hot topic in current ink research.Based on this,UV curable polyurethane ink was successfully synthesized by introducing UV curable acrylic double bonds and other functional groups,combined with the advantages of water-based polyurethane materials.The results indicated that the prepared UV cured polyurethane ink had excellent curing speed,good coating performance and environmental characteristics,and can be widely used in fields such as packaging printing and advertising printing.
