摘　　要：文章探讨了检索增强生成(Retrieval-Augmented Generation,RAG)技术在企业知识库运营中的应用,旨在通过融合检索与生成的自然语言处理技术框架,提升企业问答系统的效能。RAG技术通过引入大规模预训练语言模型,并结合文档检索机制,能够从不同形式的数据源中提取有价值的信息,并将其转化为可检索、可生成的知识库内容。文章还探讨了不同类型的知识源处理方式及其在结构化与非结构化数据管理中的应用,确保知识库能够满足复杂多样的业务需求。最后,文章强调了知识加工工具集与智能体流(智能代理)的建设对实现高效知识运营的重要性。The article explores the application of retrieval augmented generation technology(RAG)in the operation of enterprise knowledge bases,aiming to improve the efficiency of enterprise question answering systems by integrating natural language processing technology frameworks for retrieval and generation.RAG technology combines large-scale pre trained language models with document retrieval mechanisms to extract valuable information from different forms of data sources and transform it into retrievable and generative knowledge base content.The article also explores different types of knowledge source processing methods and their applications in structured and unstructured data management,ensuring that the knowledge base can meet complex and diverse business needs.Finally,the article emphasizes the importance of the construction of knowledge processing toolsets and intelligent agent flows(intelligent agents)in achieving efficient knowledge operations.
