摘  要:[目的]建立一种超声辅助分散液液微萃取—高效液相色谱法快速测定饮料中富马酸二甲酯含量的方法。[方法]在饮料试样中加入萃取剂与分散剂,采用超声萃取,离心分离,高效液色谱法进行测定。[结果]最佳微萃取条件为100μL氯仿作为萃取剂,300μL丙酮作为分散剂,超声时间4 min,此时富马酸二甲酯的线性范围为0.1~100.0μg/mL,检出限为0.02μg/mL。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)<3.7%,加标回收率为75.0%~85.0%。[结论]该方法简单快速、重现性好、分析灵敏度高、环境友好,适于饮料中富马酸二甲酯的定性与定量分析。[Objective]To establish a rapid detecting method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in beverages by ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography.[Methods]The beverage samples were spiked with extractant and dispersant,extracted by ultrasonic extraction,centrifuged and determined by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results]The optimal microextraction conditions were 100μL of chloroform as extractant,300μL of acetone as dispersant,and a sonication time of 4 min.Under the optimal extraction conditions,dimethyl fumarate had a linear range of 0.1~100.0μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.02μg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was less than 3.7%,and the spike recovery rate was between 75.0%and 85.0%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid,reproducible,sensitive and environmentally friendly,and is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of dimethyl fumarate in beverages.
