基于“四维”平台的中职院校数据治理研究

摘　　要：随着大数据时代的到来,教育信息化的建设方向逐渐从原有的系统化管理,转变为以大数据、云计算、人工智能为技术支撑的数据管理时代。在长期信息化建设过程中,积累了大量的数据资源。数据作为学校资产,需要实现数字赋能,通过对数据的统一治理,为校园管理决策提供数据支持。文章通过智慧校园建设期间所建立的一卡通、教务系统、学工系统、图书管理系统等四个信息化系统,阐述了中职院校基于“四维”系统建立数据中心的过程,并对中职院校数据治理,探索院校大数据的应用模式进行了研究。With the advent of the big data era,the direction of educational informatization construction has gradually shifted from the original systematic management to the data management era supported by big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence technology.In the long-term process of information construction,a large amount of data resources have been accumulated.As a school asset,data needs to be digitally empowered to provide data support for campus management decisions through unified governance of data.The article elaborates on the process of establishing a data center based on the“four-dimensional”system in vocational colleges through the construction of four information systems,including the one card system,academic system,student engineering system,and library management system,during the construction of a smart campus.It also studies the data governance of vocational colleges and explores the application mode of big data in colleges.
