摘  要:目的:探索在高校附属医院提高教学成果推广与改革创新成效的实践框架。方法:运用组织行为学模型,从个体、群体和组织系统水平分析教学成果推广与改革创新阻力,并提出改革方案,以解决教学成果推广应用未能在教学改革中发挥应有的效用的问题。结果:实践发现加强政策支持和引导,营造改革氛围,强化创新意识,做好政策落地支撑工作,可有效提升教学成果推广成效,增强教学改革的自觉性。结论:为提升教学成果推广效用,有效推进教学改革创新提供了实践方案。Objective:This study explores strategies for enhancing the promotion and fostering innovation in educational reform within the affiliated hospitals of comprehensive universities.Method:Using organizational behavior models,we analyze the barriers to effectively promoting and applying teaching achievements and innovations at three levels:individual,group,and organizational.The goal is to identify and address the challenges preventing the full utilization of teaching achievements in the educational reform process.Results:The findings suggest that strengthening policy support and guidance,creating a conducive environment for reform,promoting a culture of innovation,and ensuring effective policy implementation can significantly enhance the effectiveness of promoting teaching achievements and increase the commitment to educational reforms.Conclusion:This study provides a practical framework for improving the effectiveness of teaching achievement promotion and advancing educational reform innovations.
