摘  要:培养临床医学拔尖创新人才是医学教育的重要任务,而研究生教育是培养高层次拔尖创新人才的重要环节。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院(简称浙大一院)建立了以胜任力为导向的i-FIRST拔尖创新医学人才培养模式,即在五大平台保障的基础上,通过“一心五化”(以学生成长为中心、规范化、个性化、质控化、生态化、全球化)实现胜任力培养目标,因材施教积极探索医学研究生个体化培养模式。该文以笔者所在学科为例,围绕个性化八大核心要素积极开展医学研究生个性化培养实践,力求提升研究生临床能力、科研素养和思维创新,为国家培育更多高层次、多元化、应用型与创新结合型的医学专业人才。Cultivating top innovative talents in clinical medicine is a key task in medical education,and postgraduate education plays a crucial role in training high-level,innovative professionals.The First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine has established a competency-based i-FIRST model for cultivating top medical talents.This model,supported by five major platforms(Facilities,Input,Rules,Systems,and Teams),aims to achieve competency goals across various domains,including communication,internationalization and leadership,research and digitization,patient care skills,and teaching and learning.The hospital actively explores individualized postgraduate training modes,tailoring programs to the specific needs and abilities of each student.Using the discipline of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine(PCCM)as a case study,this article highlights eight core elements of personalized training for medical postgraduates,aiming to enhance their clinical abilities,research literacy,and innovative thinking.The ultimate goal is to cultivate more high-level,diverse,applied,and innovative medical specialists for the country.
