摘　　要：在全球化背景下,医学教育国际化的重要性日益凸显。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院全面实施i-FIRST“一心五化”拔尖创新医学人才培养模式,践行人才培养全球化发展。以医院及其血液病骨髓移植中心学科为例,详细阐述在医学人才培养中的国际化实践。通过持续推进学生和师资的国际交流培养、建立国际化联合师资团队、实施国际化多元化教学策略,以及构建国际化创新合作平台等多维度措施,培养具有全球化视野的高层次拔尖创新医学人才。In the context of globalization,the internationalization of medical education has become increasingly crucial.The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine has fully implemented the i-FIRST model for cultivating elite and innovative medical talents,which focuses on student development and incorporates five key elements:standardization,ecologization,individualization,quality control,and globalization.This paper outlines the hospital's approach to internationalization in medical talent cultivation,using the hospital and its Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Center as a case study.The hospital has continuously promoted international exchanges for both students and faculty,established international joint faculty teams,implemented diverse international teaching strategies,and built innovative international cooperation platforms.Through these multifaceted measures,the hospital aims to cultivate high-level,innovative medical talents with a global perspective.
