外科规范化培训住院医师临床操作实践的现状调查与思考

摘　　要：随机抽取50%的外科住院医师(51人)进行问卷调查,发现其参与临床操作实践的数量与程度均与标准存在一定差距。对20名住院医师、10名指导教师、2名管理人员分别进行个人访谈,探讨临床操作实践不足的原因。原因可以归结为社会环境、规培制度、基地管理、指导教师、规培医师5个层面。建议营造对住院医师包容的医患环境,完善规范化培训制度,从各个环节不断提升基地的管理水平。A random survey was conducted on 50%of surgical residents(51 participants)using questionnaires.The results revealed that the quantity and extent of their participation in clinical operations were significantly below the established standards.Personal interviews were conducted with 20 residents,10 instructors,and 2 administrators to investigate the reasons behind the lack of clinical practice.The identified factors contributing to the gap included the social environment,training system,hospital management,instructors,and the residents themselves.It is recommended to foster an inclusive doctor-patient environment,improve the standardized training system,and continuously enhance the management practices of residency programs.
