摘 要:课堂教学效果与教师教学能力水平具有重要的关系,聚焦课堂教学质量为核心,构建“以评促教、以培助教、以研导教”的闭环控制教师教学能力提升策略。通过对课堂教学的闭环评价,促进课堂教学质量的提升;依据评价结果和教师教学发展需求,构建“分层分类、多维融合、闭环评价”的教师教学能力提升模式,有效助力课堂教学质量提升。本文阐述桂林医学院构建“评价、培养、研究”双闭环教师教学能力提升模式,取得良好的实践效果。The effectiveness of classroom teaching is closely linked to teachers'teaching abilities.Focusing on the core of improving classroom teaching quality,this paper proposes a closed-loop control strategy to enhance teachers'teaching abilities,which involves“promoting teaching through evaluation,assisting teaching through training,and guiding teaching through research.”By conducting closed-loop evaluations of classroom teaching,the quality of teaching can be improved.Based on the evaluation results and the development needs of teachers,a model for enhancing teaching abilities is established,which includes“tiered and categorized approaches,multi-dimensional integration,and closed-loop evaluation,”effectively supporting the enhancement of classroom teaching quality.This paper describes the“evaluation,training,and research”dual closed-loop model implemented by Guilin Medical University,which has achieved positive practical outcomes.
