摘 要:目的:探讨线上教学在消化系统课程整合中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年9月接受消化系统整合医学教学的临床本科生48名,所有学生在进入胃肠外科实习前均未接触过线上教学模式,并随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各24人。对照组采取单纯线下教学模式,试验组采取线下联合线上教学模式。培训结束比较两组理论水平、技能操作水平、临床问题解决能力以评估培训效果。结果:试验组理论知识水平的平均成绩为(84.46±3.43)分,对照组为(83.79±3.56)分,两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.512)。试验组技能操作的得分为(86.54±2.67)分,对照组得分为(82.33±2.79)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组临床胜任力的得分为(87.88±2.94)分,对照组的得分为(83.46±3.02)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:线上课程的开展对消化系统整合课程教学起到补充、促进作用,可全方位培养学生的动手能力、综合分析能力及批判性思维能力。Objective:To explore the application effect of online teaching in the integration of the digestive system course.Methods:A total of 48 clinical undergraduates from September 2020 to September 2021,who had not been exposed to online teaching before entering gastrointestinal surgery practice,were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 24 students in each group.The control group was taught using traditional offline methods,while the experimental group adopted a combined offline and online teaching approach.After the training,the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical knowledge,skill operation,and clinical problem-solving ability to assess the effectiveness of the training.Results:The experimental group had an average theoretical knowledge score of(84.46±3.43)points,and the control group scored(83.79±3.56)points.There was no statistically significant difference in theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P=0.512).In terms of skill operation,the experimental group scored(86.54±2.67)points,while the control group scored(82.33±2.79)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).For clinical competency,the experimental group scored(87.88±2.94)points,while the control group scored 83.46±3.02 points,also showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of online courses plays a supplementary and promotive role in the teaching of integrated digestive system courses.It helps to comprehensively develop students'practical skills,analytical abilities,and critical thinking.
