摘 要:目的:通过招募并建立标准化病人志愿者团队,并在情境模拟课程中建立以标准化病人志愿者为核心的教学体系,探索标准化病人在情境模拟课程中的教学效果。方法:2021年9月30日至2021年10月7日通过面向社会发布招募公告,并通过基础知识培训、专业知识培训,对志愿者进行41学时培训,培训结束后对志愿者进行面试并评价,评价合格的志愿者,加入情境模拟课程作为教学参与者。每次课程结束后,向学员发放调查问卷,对标准化病人参与的情境模拟课程进行效果评价并分析。结果:2021年9月30日发布招募公告后,共有106名志愿者报名,经过基础培训及专业培训后,有49名志愿者进入面试,面试结束后有20名志愿者参与情境模拟课程。自2022年2月至2023年3月,共进行35次有标准化病人参与的情境模拟课程,310名学生参与课程,发放并回收310份问卷,其中299名学生对课程效果评价为满意及以上,满意率为96%,针对标准化病人的课堂效果,分别有255名、45名学生评价为5分及4分(满分5分),满意度为97%。结论:标准化病人志愿者参与的情境模拟课程,学生对教学效果和标准化病人课堂效果满意度均在96%以上,标准化病人志愿者的参与能够确保情境模拟课程的教学效果并提高学生参与度。Objective:To recruit and establish a team of standardized patient(SP)volunteers and develop a teaching system centered around SPs in situational simulation courses,exploring the effectiveness of SP participation in these courses.Methods:From September 30 to October 7,2021,a public recruitment notice was issued.Volunteers underwent 41 hours of foundational and specialized training,followed by interviews and evaluations.Successful candidates participated as SPs in simulation courses.After each course,surveys were distributed to students to assess the effectiveness of the SP-participated simulation courses.Results:Following the recruitment notice,106 volunteers applied.After training,49 were interviewed,and 20 successfully participated in the simulation courses.From February 2022 to March 2023,35 simulation courses involving SPs were conducted,with 310 students participating.Of the 310 surveys distributed,299 students rated the course as satisfactory or better(96%satisfaction rate).For the SP classroom performance,255 students rated it 5/5,and 45 students rated it 4/5,leading to a 97%satisfaction rate.Conclusion:The participation of SP volunteers in situational simulation courses led to over 96%satisfaction from students regarding both teaching effectiveness and SP classroom performance.SP involvement ensures the quality of the simulation courses and enhances student engagement.
