摘 要:目的:评估共情训练对住院医师超声引导臂丛神经阻滞学习效果的影响。方法:选择60名麻醉专业住院医师随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在神经阻滞学习前进行共情训练。比较两组的共情分数和操作成绩。结果:试验组成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:共情训练有助于麻醉专业住院医师提高学习神经阻滞的成绩。Objective:To evaluate the effect of empathy training on the learning outcomes of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block for resident physicians.Method:Sixty anesthesia resident physicians were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group underwent empathy training before learning the nerve block procedure.Empathy scores and operational performance were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group demonstrated better performance than the control group,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Empathy training helps anesthesia resident physicians improve their performance in learning nerve block procedures.
