摘 要:目的:探讨小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course, SPOC)在医学生临床技能学培训中的应用效果。方法:将广州医科大学南山班2017级学生和2018级学生分为对照组和试验组,分别采取线下教学和SPOC模式教学,比较两组学生期末成绩、教学效果及满意度评价。结果:试验组学生在应用SPOC教学模式后,成绩进步显著(P<0.001);试验组学生对教学模式的学习过程和课程满意度评价均高于对照组(P=0.037,P=0.040)。结论:采用SPOC教学模式教学有利于提高教学效果及教学满意度,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the Small Private Online Course(SPOC)teaching model in training medical students'clinical skills.Methods:Students from the Nanshan class of Guangzhou Medical University(2017 and 2018 cohorts)were divided into control and experimental groups.The experimental group used the SPOC mode,while the control group received offline teaching.The final scores,teaching effectiveness,and student satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Students in the experimental group,using SPOC,showed significant improvement in scores(P<0.001).They also gave higher ratings for the learning process and course satisfaction than the control group(P=0.037,P=0.040).Conclusion:The SPOC teaching mode is beneficial for improving teaching outcomes and student satisfaction,making it a valuable approach for clinical skills training in medical education.
