摘  要:目的:探索基于智能模拟人的情景案例式教学模式在临床技能学教学中应用的效果。方法:以广州医科大学临床医学专业南山班学生作为试验组,实施情景案例式教学,以普通临床医学专业学生作为对照组,实施传统的教学方法,最终以毕业前的临床技能多站式考试评估教学效果,并于教学结束后进行问卷调查。结果:试验组学生在病史采集、病例分析、体格检查、专业技能、操作总分等方面成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,新教学法在激发学生学习兴趣、提高学习效率、培养临床思维、增强学以致用能力和提高综合素质方面的满意度相对较高。结论:基于模拟人的情景案例教学模式,在临床教学中更受学生的欢迎,该教学模式能更有效地提高医学生的各种临床技能。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of a case-based teaching model using intelligent simulators in the teaching of“Clinical Skills.”Methods:Students from the Nanshan Class of Clinical Medicine at Guangzhou Medical University were assigned to the experimental group,where a scenario-based case teaching approach was implemented.The control group consisted of general Clinical Medicine students who received traditional teaching methods.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated through a clinical skills multi-station examination conducted before graduation.A questionnaire survey was also administered at the end of the course.Results:Students in the experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in medical history collection,case analysis,physical examination,professional skills,and overall operation compared to the control group(P<0.05).Survey results indicated that the new teaching method was highly effective in stimulating students'interest in learning,improving learning efficiency,cultivating clinical thinking,enhancing the ability to apply knowledge,and improving overall competence.Conclusion:The simulated human-based scenario case teaching model is more popular among students in clinical education.This teaching method proves to be more effective in improving various clinical skills of medical students.
