《国家与革命》沈雁冰译文的知识重构、译介特色与时代价值

摘　　要：《国家与革命》是列宁早期革命思想的集大成之作,沈雁冰首次将其汉译并依托《共产党》月刊推广流布。从译者的人生履历来看,沈雁冰在革命实践之中坚定共产主义信仰,通过翻译马克思主义著作深化文本内容的理解;从译介内容来看,译文在贴合原文的基础上呈现出马克思主义国家概念的基本内涵,进一步宣介阶级、革命等概念术语,成为列宁国家学说在中国出场的最初思想渊薮。从译介风格来看,译文语言色彩相对平和,以传统概念阐发、解读新概念术语的内涵,其话语表述在一定程度上带有“文白过渡”时期的时代特点。沈雁冰译介的《国家与革命》节译本在思想启迪方面发挥着重要作用,为进步知识分子探索中国向何处去的时代问题提供了理论武器,为五四时期的思想论战提供了文本依托,为社会变革道路的探索提供了前进方向。State and Revolution is a seminal work encapsulating Lenin's early revolutionary thoughts.Shen Yanbing was the first to translate it into Chinese and disseminated it through the monthly journal Communist.From the perspective of the translator's life experience,Shen Yanbing firmly established his communist faith through revolutionary practice and deepened his understanding of Marxist texts by translating Marxist works.From the perspective of the translated content,Shen's version closely adheres to the original while presenting the basic connotation of the Marxist concept of the state and further promoting key terms such as class and revolution,which makes it serve as an initial intellectual source for introducing Lenin's state theory to China.From the perspective of translation style,Shen's language is relatively simple and accessible,interpreting the connotations of new concepts and terms with traditional concepts,reflecting the transitional characteristics of the period between classical and vernacular Chinese.Shen Yanbing's abridged translation of State and Revolution played an important role in ideological enlightenment.It served as a theoretical weapon for progressive intellectuals exploring the future direction of China,provided textual support for the ideological debates during the May Fourth Movement and pointed the way forward for exploring the path of social transformation.
