时政文献的日文翻译方法与策略——以中国共产党二十大报告的日译本为例

摘　　要：做好二十大报告的翻译与翻译研究,是讲好中国故事,构建国际话语体系最迫切的课题。本文主要结合二十大报告的翻译实践,从中国时政文献文本特征的角度,具体探讨了对原文核心要素的理解、政治术语及特色表述翻译效果的提升、翻译叙事的构建等课题。研究表明,对原文核心要素的深入领会是翻译实践最基本、最关键的环节。同时,要求译者既要在宏观上建立起翻译叙事构建意识,善于从叙事的角度来阐释观点主张,提升翻译效果,又要在微观上对语义、语句结构、衔接与连贯等要素进行科学处理。The translation of and research into the 20th National Congress report are among the most urgent tasks for effectively telling China's story and constructing an international discourse system.Based on the practice of translating the 2oth National Congress report,this paper,from the perspective of the textual features of Chinese political documents,specifically explores topics such as the understanding of the core elements of the original text,the enhancement of translation effects for political terminology and distinctive expressions,and the reconstruction of narrative structure.The study shows that a deep understanding of the core elements of the original text is the most fundamental and critical aspect of translation practice.Translators must establish a sense of narrative construction on a macro level,effectively interpret viewpoints from a narrative perspective to enhance translation quality,and scientifically handle elements such as semantics,sentence structure,cohesion,and coherence on a micro level.
