摘　　要：目的:探索福康片应用于烟草依赖患者戒烟治疗的疗效。方法:选取2023年6月—12月志愿参与服用福康片戒烟治疗的烟草依赖患者19例,分析烟草依赖患者服用福康片的情况、戒断症状、烟草依赖程度、不良反应发生情况。结果:19例烟草依赖患者服用福康片14天后FTND评分、MNWS评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4例患者成功戒烟,戒断率为21.05%;12例患者每日吸烟量降低至治疗前一半及以上,治疗有效,有效率为84.21%;3例无效。在服药过程中,10例出现轻微口干、乏力症状,停药后症状消失。结论:福康片能够缓解烟草依赖患者的戒断症状,减轻烟草依赖的程度,疗效确切,使用安全。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Fukangpian in aiding smoking cessation among tobacco-dependent individuals.Methods:A total of 19 tobacco-dependent individuals who voluntarily participated in a smoking cessation program using Fukangpian from June to December 2023 were recruited.Data on Fukangpian usage,withdrawal symptoms,degree of tobacco dependence,and adverse reactions were systematically collected and analyzed.Results:After 14 days of treatment with Fukangpian,the FTND and MNWS scores of the 19 participants were significantly lower than those before treatment,with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Four individuals successfully quit smoking,resulting in a quit rate of 21.05%.Twelve individuals reduced their daily cigarette consumption by at least 50%compared to pre-treatment levels,resulting in an effective rate of 84.21%.Three individuals did not respond to the treatment.During the treatment period,ten individuals experienced mild symptoms of dry mouth and fatigue,which resolved after discontinuation of the treatment.Conclusion:The study demonstrated that Fukangpian is both efficacious and safe for managing smoking cessation.It significantly alleviates withdrawal symptoms and reduces the severity of tobacco dependence in tobacco-dependent individuals.
