摘　　要：应用型大学作为服务地方经济发展、培养应用型人才的重要教育力量,人才队伍建设是其重要的基础工作,深化人才分类评价体系改革具有重要的现实意义。基于应用型大学人才评价体系存在的问题,从细化评价类型、完善评价指标、推行评价方式多元化及突出业绩指标要素等方面,探索构建新时代人才分类评价体系,旨在全面加强高水平人才队伍建设,培养高素质应用型人才,推动应用型大学高质量发展。As a vital educational force in serving local economic development and cultivating applied talents,talent workforce development is a crucial foundational task for application-oriented universities.Deepening the reform of the talent classification evaluation system holds significant practical importance.Based on the existing problems in the talent evaluation system in application-oriented universities,this paper explores how to construct a talent classification evaluation system in the new era from aspects such as refining evaluation types,improving evaluation indicators,promoting diversified evaluation methods,and highlighting performance-based indicators.The goal is to comprehensively strengthen the construction of high-level talent teams,cultivate high-quality applied professionals,and promote the high-quality development of application-oriented universities.
