摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,数字化转型对高校业务管理模式的影响日益显著。基于高校数字化发展现状,结合高校面临的数字化转型挑战,提出高校业务信息系统的建设要点。以北京师范大学统战工作服务系统为例,探讨高校业务管理模式数字化转型的建设路径。实践结果表明,数字化转型在提升服务能力、优化管理流程及辅助决策制定等方面产生积极效应,增强了高校的整体竞争优势。With the rapid development of information technology,the impact of digital transformation on the business management models of higher education institutions has become increasingly significant.Based on the current state of digital development in universities and the challenges they face in digital transformation,this paper proposes key points for the construction of information systems in university business departments.Taking the United Front Work Service System of Beijing Normal University as an example,the study explores the construction path of digital transformation in university business management models.The practical results of the practice demonstrate that digital transformation has a positive effect on enhancing service capabilities,optimizing management processes,and assisting in decision-making,thereby strengthening the overall competitive advantage of universities.
