摘 要:涉农职业教育赋能乡村振兴战略实施是我国解决“三农”问题的重要渠道,涉农职业教育作为职业教育体系的一部分,具有全面推进乡村振兴、巩固脱贫攻坚成果以及更新乡村产业现代化话语体系的时代价值。但目前山东省存在职业教育服务与乡村振兴战略实施认知偏差、涉农职业教育资源空间布局失衡、“专业孤岛”等问题,造成涉农职业教育赋能乡村振兴战略实施实践存在壁垒。因此建议,加强涉农职业教育服务乡村振兴政策体系建设,完善省域涉农职业教育体系和涉农职业学校专业建设机制,提高涉农职业教育与乡村产业之间的融合度,深化乡村振兴战略实施的各方主体责任,推动省域涉农职业教育高质量发展,赋能乡村振兴战略实施,打造“齐鲁样板”。Agricultural vocational education enabling rural revitalization strategy implementation is an important channel to solve the problem of“three farmers”in China.As part of the vocational education system,agricultural vocational education has The Times value of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and updating the rural industrial modernization discourse system.However,at present,there are some problems in agricultural vocational education in Shandong Province,such as the cognitive deviation between vocational education services and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the imbalance of spatial distribution of agricultural vocational education resources,and the existence of“professional island”in agricultural vocational education,resulting in barriers to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.By strengthening the rural revitalization policy system of agriculture-related vocational education service and the construction of the provincial agriculture-related vocational education system,improving the professional construction mechanism of agriculture-related vocational colleges and other aspects of optimization,promoting the high-speed and high-quality development of agriculture-related vocational education in the province,forming a good and complete agriculture-related vocational education system,enabling the implementation of rural strategies in the province,and creating a“Qilu model”.
