摘 要:为应对新质生产力浪潮,通过定性方法探索“四维联动”模式在提升高职外语教师数字能力中的应用。研究发现,政府政策、企业技术、院校培训及教师主动学习共同促进教师数字能力的提升。教师能够在熟练掌握数字化教学工具基础上,创新教学方法,提高教学效果。建议继续优化政策、加强合作、完善培训,鼓励教师持续学习,推动外语教育现代化。With the rapid advancement of technology and profound changes in the economic landscape,new forms of productivity have gradually become the core engine driving social progress,bringing unprecedented opportunities for digital transformation in the field of higher vocational education.To adapt to this trend,governments,enterprises,institutions,and individual teachers have actively integrated and collaborated in a fourdimensional linkage model,aiming to significantly enhance the digital capabilities of foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges.Teachers have proactively embraced change and deeply mastered new digital teaching tools,while governments,institutions,and enterprises have leveraged their respective strengths to jointly advance the modernization of foreign language education.
