摘　　要：《青年在选择职业时的考虑》蕴含着马克思关于青年“为何择业”“如何择业”“择什么业”的深邃思考。当代大学生,既有许多新的发展机遇,也面临着职业选择方面的“紧需求-慢就业”“需求多-意愿少”“亟需人-招不到人”“持续性-灵活性”等问题。为此,大学生要善于从马克思的职业选择思想中汲取智慧,正确择业,完善职业规划;回应时代,转变职业观念;自我定位,锤炼职业本领;力行不怠,砥砺职业韧性,在奋斗中华民族伟大复兴的实践中实现应有价值。"Reflections of a Young Man on the Choice of a Profession"contains Marx's profound insights into why young people should choose a career,how to choose a career,and what career to choose.Contemporary college students face both new development opportunities and challenges in career selection,such as the tension between"urgent demand and slow employment,""high demand but low willingness,""urgent need for talent but difficulty in recruitment,"and the balance between"sustainability and flexibility."To address these issues,students should draw wisdom from Marx's thoughts on career choice,make informed career decisions,and improve their career planning.They should respond to the times by transforming their career perspectives,position themselves accurately,hone their professional skills,and persistently cultivate career resilience,thereby realizing their value in the pursuit of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
