摘　　要：肛周Paget病是一种罕见的肛周恶性疾病,好发于老年人,一般表现为肛周皮肤瘙痒、丘疹、溃疡、红斑或黏膜白斑等,临床表现隐匿且缺乏特异性,易被误诊而延误最佳治疗时机,病理学及免疫组化检查是其临床确诊的主要手段。本文报告1例V-Y皮瓣推移术治疗肛周Paget病患者的过程,并对相关文献进行回顾,旨在提高临床医师对此疾病的认识,避免误诊及漏诊。Perianal Paget’s disease(PPD)is a rare malignant disorder predominantly affecting the elderly.It typically presents non-specific symptoms such as pruritus,papules,ulcers,erythema,or leukoplakia in the perianal region.Due to its subtle and non-specific clinical manifestations,misdiagnosis is common,leading to delays in the optimal treatment window.Pathological examination combined with immunohistochemical markers remains the gold standard for definitive diagnosis.This study reports a case of perianal Paget’s disease treated with V-Y flap advancement and reviews the relevant literature to enhance clinicians’awareness of this condition,thereby reducing diagnostic errors and missed cases.
