摘  要:在新能源渗透率不断提高和能源产业结构转型的背景下,如何权衡光伏消纳和电网经济效益已成为未来新型电力系统发展需要解决的主要问题之一。从提高光伏消纳能力并降低电力系统综合成本的角度,提出了考虑柔性负荷响应的光伏消纳评估方法和光储充配电网联合优化策略。首先,分析光伏和柔性负荷对配电网电压稳定的影响,进而建立光伏消纳评估模型;其次,探讨需求侧储能系统和电动汽车充电站与配电网能量交互行为,提出光储充配电网联合运行策略并建立优化模型;最后,以IEEE-33节点系统为算例,通过改进粒子群算法求解模型并验证所提优化策略的有效性。Under the background of energy industrial structure transformation and increasing penetration rate of new energy,how to balance the PV(Photovoltaic)consumption and the comprehensive cost of the power system has become a significant concern in the future.Therefore,from the perspective of PV hosting capacity enhancement and system comprehensive cost reduction,a joint optimization strategy containing PV consumption and photovoltaic-storage-charging configuration is proposed.First,the impact of PV and flexible load on voltage stability is analyzed and the assessment model for PV consumption is established.Then,the energy interactions among energy storage systems,electric vehicle(EV)charging stations,and grid are explored,and the joint operation strategy and optimization model for PV-storage-charging configurations are proposed.Finally,the standard IEEE-33 node power distribution network is used to analyze the examples,and the mathematical models are solved by improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and the effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy is verified.
