制造业中试环节质量形成机理及提升对策研究

摘　　要：中试是制造业企业研究与开发新技术、新产品、新材料直至他们工程化、产业化的必然工序,也是检验创新成果能否实施产业化应用的关键环节。首先,阐述了制造业中试的内涵和定义;然后,研究提出了制造业中试环节不同阶段质量形成的机理;最后,结合国外中试发展态势和国内发展情况,提出我国制造业中试发展与质量提升的对策建议。Pilot test is an inevitable process for manufacturing enterprises to research and develop new technologies,products and materials until they are industrialized and engineered,and it is a key link in testing whether technological innovation achievements can be implemented for industrial application.Firstly,the connotation and definition of pilot test is elaborated.Then,the quality formation mechanism at different stages of the pilot testing process are proposed.Finally,combing with the development trend of pilot test at home and abroad,suggestions for the pilot test development and quality improvement of manufacturing industry are proposed.
