摘 要:产品质量检验对企业和用户而言是一项非常重要的工作,关系到产品的质量,以及映射到企业产品研制、生产过程中问题的发现和处理。为提高产品质量与检验工作效率,对企业在长期生产交付实践中积累的数据进行了分析与挖掘,提出了包含符合性评价、成功数据包络分析和一致性分析等的机电产品质量管控方法,以准确识别检验业务流程中的稳定项目和风险项目、为质量管控的精细化管理提供科学决策,达到动态优化检验项目、降低检验成本和损失,加快批生产进度的目标。Product quality inspection is a very important work for enterprises and users,which is related to the quality of products and the discovery and treatment of problems in the process of equipment development and production of enterprises.In order to improve product quality and inspection efficiency,the data accumulated in the long-term production and delivery practice of enterprises are analyzed,and quality control methods of mechanical and electrical products including conformity evaluation,success data envelopment analysis and consistency analysis are proposed to accurately identify stable projects and risk projects in the inspection business process,provide scientific decisions for the fine management of quality control,achieve dynamic optimization of inspection items,reduce the cost and loss of inspection and speed up the batch production schedule.
