摘　　要：电子元器件是5G、人工智能、工业互联网、物联网等新型基础设施中信息技术产品必不可少的基础组成单元,是信息技术产业的重要支撑,推动电子元器件产业高级化是打好信息技术产业链现代化攻坚战的必备条件和前提。在界定信息技术领域电子元器件产业高级化的内涵和主要特征的基础上,初步分析了我国信息技术领域电子元器件产业高级化的已有基础与面临的挑战,并借鉴了部分世界发达国家提升工业基础能力的经验,给出了推进我国信息技术领域电子元器件产业高级化的对策建议。Electronic components are an indispensable basic unit of information technology prod⁃ucts in new infrastructures such as 5G,artificial intelligence,industrial Internet,and the Internet of Things.They are an important support for the information technology industry.Promoting the advancement of electronic components industry is a necessary condition and prerequisite for the mod⁃ernization of the information technology industry chain.On the basis of defining the connotation and main characteristics of the advanced development of electronic components industry in the field of information technology,the existing foundation and challenges faced by the advanced development of electronic components industry in China’s information technology field are preliminarily analyzed.And drawing on the experience of some developed countries in improving their industrial basic capa⁃bilities,suggestions for promoting the advanced development of China’s electronic components industry in the field of information technology are proposed.
