摘 要:以科尔沁红皮菊芋为试材,于2022—2023年测定不同断根半径(20、30、40、50 cm和不切割)条件下菊芋块茎产量、光合特性和SPAD值,探讨断根对菊芋块茎生产性能、光合特性及其SPAD值的影响,为菊芋高产栽培提供理论依据。结果表明,菊芋断根后显著提高了块茎产量,其中断根20 cm的产量最高。断根后菊芋光合特性和SPAD值随着断根半径的减小呈逐渐减小的趋势。水分利用效率随断根半径的降低呈逐渐升高的趋势。菊芋块茎产量与净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度、气孔导度和SPAD值呈极显著负相关关系。Using Koerqin red-skinned Helianthus tuberosus L.as the experimental material,this study measured the tuber yield,photosynthet-ic characteristics,and SPAD values under different root-cutting radii(20,30,40,50 cm and uncut)during 2022-2023.The objective was to investigate the effects of root cutting on the production performance,photosynthetic characteristics,and SPAD values of Helianthus tuberosus L.,providing theoretical support for high-yield cultivation.The results showed that root cutting significantly increased tuber yield,with the highest yield observed at a 20 cm cutting radius.After root cutting,the photosynthetic characteristics and SPAD values of Helianthus tuberosus L.exhibited a decreasing trend as the cutting radius decreased,while water use efficiency showed a gradually increasing trend.There was a highly significant negative correlation between tuber yield and net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,
