摘 要:为可靠实现动荷载作用下混凝土梁柱疲劳裂纹检测,提出动荷载作用下混凝土梁柱疲劳裂纹视觉检测方法。选择等级为C50的混凝土,采用一次性浇筑成型的方式制作混凝土梁柱试件,确定动荷载加载制度后,对其进行荷载施加,同时利用工业CCD相机采集荷载施加过程中试件混凝土梁柱试件疲劳变化图像,采用直方图均衡化处理该图像后,将处理后的图像输入主动机器视觉算法中,实现混凝土梁柱疲劳裂纹视觉检测。测试结果显示,直方图均衡化处理效果良好,裂纹检测最大绝对误差值为0.96 mm,可实现不同动荷载作用下混凝土梁柱的裂纹检测。In order to reliably detect fatigue cracks in concrete beams and columns under dynamic load,a visual detection method for fatigue cracks in concrete beams and columns under dynamic load is proposed.Choose C50 grade concrete,and make concrete beam-column specimens by one-time pouring molding.After determining the dynamic load loading system,apply the load to them.At the same time,use industrial CCD camera to collect the fatigue change image of concrete beam-column specimens during the load application process.After using histogram equalization to process the image,input the processed image into active machine vision algorithm to realize visual detection of fatigue cracks in concrete beams and columns.The test results show that the histogram equalization treatment has a good effect,and the maximum absolute error of crack detection is 0.96 mm,which can realize the crack detection of concrete beams and columns under different dynamic loads.
