摘  要:针对医院面临转诊不合理、效率低等问题,研究采用一种最优计算量分配方法,利用阈值策略来确定转诊决策,同时引入改进的最优计算量分配对决策模型进行求解。通过实验可知,当阈值参数K_(d)与L_(d)分别为22与19时,目标函数取得最大值,总收益为139342元。在床位利用率比较中,研究模型资源分配更为合理,上级医院与下级医院床位利用率分别为90.35%与82.58%。而在医院目标收益对比中,研究模型目标收益均优于同类模型,可见,研究模型具有良好的应用效果,研究内容将为医院数字化转型以及资源高效利用提供参考。In response to the problems of unreasonable referral and low efficiency faced by hospitals.The study adopts an optimal computation allocation method,using a threshold strategy to determine referral decisions,and introduces an improved optimal computation allocation to solve the decision model.Through experiments,it is known that when the threshold parameters K_(d) and L_(d) are 22 and 19,respectively,the objective function reaches its maximum value and the total revenue is 139342 yuan.In the comparison of bed utilization rates,the resource allocation of the research model is more reasonable,with bed utilization rates of 90.35%and 82.58%in higher-level and lower level hospitals,respectively.In the comparison of hospital target returns,the research models have better target returns than similar models.It can be seen that the research model has good application effects.The research content will provide reference for the digital transformation and efficient utilization of resources in hospitals.
