摘  要:本文基于代表性的平台经济领军企业数据,采用双向固定效应模型实证研究平台经济发展对企业竞争优势的影响及作用机制。研究发现,平台经济的发展能够显著提高企业竞争优势。平台经济模式对企业竞争优势的促进作用主要通过平台服务机制、品牌效应机制和创新能力机制发挥作用,平台服务的优化能够有效提升用户体验、增强用户满意度和忠诚度。品牌效应的增强有助于企业树立良好的市场形象、提升市场竞争力,创新能力的提升则使企业能够迅速适应市场变化、持续保持竞争优势。平台经济对企业竞争优势的影响效应存在区域异质性,其中,南部地区表现最为显著,西部地区相对较弱,甚至存在负影响。本研究结论为企业制定科学合理的发展战略提供了有力依据,同时为政府部门出台更加精准有效的政策措施提供了有益启示。Based on data from representative leading enterprises,this study employs a two-way fixed effects model to empirically investigate the impact and mechanisms of platform economic development on corporate competitive advantages.The findings reveal that the development of the platform economy significantly enhances corporate competitive advantages.The promotion of corporate competitive advantages by the platform economy model primarily operates through three mechanisms:platform services,brand effects,and innovation capabilities.The optimization of platform services enhances user experience,increasing user satisfaction and loyalty.The strengthening of brand effects helps enterprises establish a positive image and improve market competitiveness.The enhancement of innovation capabilities enables enterprises to quickly adapt to market changes and maintain competitive advantages.The impact of the platform economy on corporate competitive advantages exhibits regional heterogeneity,being most pronounced in the southern regions,while relatively weaker or even negative in the western regions.The research conclusions provide valuable insights for enterprises to formulate scientific and rational development strategies and for government departments to introduce more precise and effective policy measures.
