Effect of Insulation Blanket on Stress Response and Postoperative Rehabilitation in Patients Undergoing Radical Lung Cancer Surgery

摘　　要：目的 分析保温毯用于肺癌根治术患者对其应激反应和术后康复的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月本院收治开展肺癌根治术的78例患者进行研究,结合随机数字表法分成对照组(常规保温措施)和观察组(在前组基础上采取保温毯)各有39例,观察两组干预前后血压、心率、血清皮质醇、肾上腺素以及去甲肾上腺素等应激反应指标水平;并发症出现情况;麻醉苏醒、睁眼、气管拔管以及拔除胸腔引流管时间等术后康复指标差异。结果 干预前,两组血压、心率、血清皮质醇、肾上腺素以及去甲肾上腺素水平相比无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组血压、心率水平均较前降低(P<0.05),血清皮质醇、肾上腺素以及去甲肾上腺素水平均较前升高(P<0.05),且观察组血压、心率、血清皮质醇、肾上腺素以及去甲肾上腺素水平波动幅度小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组低体温、寒战、躁动、感染以及苏醒延迟等并发症出现比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉苏醒、睁眼、气管拔管以及拔除胸腔引流管时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 保温毯用于肺癌根治术患者能减轻其应激反应,减少并发症出现,促进其术后康复,值得采用。Objective To analyze the effect of thermal blanket on stress response and postoperative rehabilitation.Methods 78 patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 for radical resection of lung cancer were studied,and the random numerical method was divided into a control group(conventional insulation measures)and the observation group(insulation blanket on the basis of the previous group)to observe the differences of blood pressure,heart rate,serum cortisol,adrenaline,adrenaline and noradrenaline between the two groups and the time of intervention.Results Before intervention,blood pressure,heart rate,serum cortisol,epinephrine and noradrenaline were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,blood pressure and heart rate both decreased(P<0.05),serum cortisol,adrenaline,and noradrenaline levels all increased(P<0.05),and blood pressure,heart rate,serum cortisol,adrenaline and noradrenaline in the observation group fluctuated less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of complications such as hypothermia,chills,agitation,infection and awakening delay in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Recovery,eye opening,tracheal extubation and removal of the thoracic drain were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The insulation blanket for patients with radical lung cancer can reduce its stress response,reduce complications,and promote their postoperative rehabilitation.
