疼痛管理与心理护理对骨肿瘤疼痛程度及不良心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察疼痛管理与心理护理对骨肿瘤患者疼痛程度及不良心理状态的影响。方法 收集我院2022年4月至2024年6月期间收治的93例骨肿瘤患者临床资料进行研究。依照护理方法的不同将其分为两组。其中44例基础护理的患者纳入对照组,49例实施基础护理、疼痛管理与心理护理的患者纳入观察组。比较两组疼痛程度、不良心理状态、睡眠质量。结果 与对照组干预前相比,观察组同时间点的疼痛评分无显著变化(P>0.05),干预后,两组评分均降低(t=12.183,P<0.001、t=9.574,P<0.001),且观察组评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前的焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,两组评分均降低(t=11.895,P<0.001、t=11.039,P<0.001)、(t=10.199,P<0.001、t=7.032,P<0.001),且观察组评分较低,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组干预前的睡眠质量评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,两组评分均降低(t=16.087,P<0.001、t=10.985,P<0.001),且观察组评分较低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 疼痛管理与心理护理能够减轻骨肿瘤患者的疼痛程度,改善其不良心理状态及睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the impact of pain management and psychological nursing on the pain level and negative psychological state of patients with bone tumors.Methods Clinical data for 93 patients with bone tumors admitted to our hospital between April 2022 and June 2024 were collected and analyzed.They were separated into two groups based on various nursing practices.The control group contained 44 patients with basic nursing,while the observation group contained 49 patients with basic nursing,pain management,and psychological nursing.The severity of discomfort,poor mental state,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's pain scores did not differ significantly from the control group at the same time point(P>0.05).However,after intervention,both groups'scores decreased(t=12.183,P<0.001,t=9.574,P<0.001),with the observation group's score significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant change in anxiety or depression scores between the two groups prior to intervention(P>0.05).Following the intervention,both groups'scores declined(t=11.895,P<0.001,t=11.039,P<0.001),(t=10.199,P<0.001,t=7.032,P<0.001),and the observation group's scores were lower.The change was substantial(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Following the intervention,both groups'scores reduced(t=16.087,P<0.001,t=10.985,P<0.001),with the observation group having significantly lower scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain treatment and psychological nursing can help bone tumor patients feel less pain while also improving their mental health and sleep quality.
