摘  要:本文将对电子设备的隐形杀手--间歇性失效的挑战及难点与应对作分析,并由此对应用多物理场仿真方法为实现高频、高速电子设备铺平安全运行之路作研讨。与此同时以电磁场仿真的重要发展为例,以帮助实现设计创新作说明。This paper analyzes the challenges and difficulties of intermittent failure,the invisible killer of electronic equipment,and discusses the application of multi-physics simulation method to pave the way for the safe operation of high-frequency and high-speed electronic equipment.At the same time,the important development of electromagnetic field simulation is illustrated as an example to help realize design innovation.
