摘　　要：精神分裂症是一种严重且常见的精神疾病。随着对精神分裂症患者的照护重心由机构转向社区和家庭,家庭照顾者成为护理系统的一个重要组成部分,其身心负担和生活质量问题日益凸显。文章通过回顾精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者生活质量相关文献,从照顾者生活质量评估工具、研究现况、影响因素及干预措施4个方面对有关研究进展进行综述,以期为相关政策的制定提供理论参考,进而提高该群体的生活质量。Schizophrenia is a serious and common mental illness.As the focus shifts from the institution care to the community and home care,family caregivers become an important part of the care system for patients with schizophrenia,and their physical and mental burden and quality of life have become a prominent issue.The article reviews the research progress on the quality of life in family caregivers of schizophrenia patients,focusing on assessment tools for quality of life,current status,influencing factors and intervention measures,to provide references for relevant policy making to improve the quality of life of caregivers.
